We do not issue refunds unless there are circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with a our contents, the dowload speeding is lower than our promise or server is down for long time.
In cases like these we will issue refunds in the form of TOILET-CLUB Credit or cash on a case by case basis.
